Board Meeting Minutes — All Accessible Sports Complex & Park, Inc.

II. IN ATTENDANCE:

Melissa Eaton, Sally Grimm, Jeff Williams, Ed Gamble, Derek Upp, Brock Newman

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Jeff Williams made a motion to accept, Brock Newman 2nd motion, all voted to accept minutes of November 13th, 2024 meeting.

IV. BUSINESS:

1. Balance in fund - $709,138.21. We collected $10,245.42 during the Fairfield County Foundation 35 hour give event. The match amount is still pending.
2. Playground equipment has been ordered.
3. MOU Agreement updated. In summary Lancaster City Parks will have final say on project, but we will continue to have input. This MOU does not overpower our MOU with the city. Melissa Eaton motioned to accept MOU, Jeff Williams seconded that motion. All members approved.
4. For fundraising Steve Rauch has mentioned a basketball tournament where proceeds would go to help our project. More details to follow in the coming weeks as that date approaches.
5. Brock Newman made a motion to renew Lancaster Chamber membership at a cost of $300.00. Sally Grimm 2nd that motion. All members approved.
6. With the recent progression of our project and some changes we felt the need to update our current website. Chrissy Devine with Web Chick agreed to help us redo our website. She helped with current website. The board discussed some updates and improvements we could do and will bring those to the next meeting.
7. Next board meeting is scheduled for Monday February 17th, 2025, at SOCIL 418 South Broad Street, Lancaster Ohio 43130.
