UPDATES

1. Martin’s Trust: $50,000 (2021) and $50,000 promised for 2022.
2. State approved: $150,000 (construction contract to be signed first)
3. Fairfield Foundation (Mid July): $750,000 collected
4. Pavers: Canadian Manufacturer requested to send samples ASAP

Terry McGhee Motion: Proceed with construction with funds available thru August 21, 2021. Walter Blume seconded.

5. Ed contacted Kimberly (formerly of Shelly Co.); she retired in 2001 and did not offer or does not know current contact names.
