MEETING MINUTES: 05/24/2021

MEETING LOCATION: TIKI LANE CRISTY’S PIZZA

ATTENDEES

Terry McGhee, Dr. Edwin Payne, David Macioci, Edward Gamble, Walter D. Blume, Bradley Bunting

ISSUES

1. Pavers – Hexagon Pavers Availability & Price
2. State of Ohio - $150,000 Grant – Tim Schaffer
3. PNC Bank – Trust Funds to be wired to Fairfield Foundation
4. Martins Trust - $100,000
5. Fairfield County Foundation – Applied for $125,000 (expect $75,000-$100,000)
6. Existing bids will expire within 30 days and Terry McGhee will try to extend expiration dates.

Project will probably be split into 2 phases (2021 & 2022)

DISCUSSION CONCLUSION

Approximately $500,000 additional funds needed

• Brad Bunting will contact Wounded Warriors
• Ed Gamble will contact Zale Maxwell (Shriner’s Hospital)
• Terry McGhee will contact Dee Mowry (Shriners)

Miscellaneous

• The brochure will be changed to show the proper sports to be accomplished at the Sports Complex
• Ed Gamble to contact Hardscapes (supplier of hexagon pavers) about delivery and updated current quote (Vendor (Hardscape) starting work on 5/24/2021)
